The Orb

A long time ago, as a special reward for the piety of a certain byzantine noble, the Archangel Michael gave him a golden orb that radiated peace and prosperity- one often depicted in art with a cross on top.

It will be a battle of Good and Evil. Like the ring in Tolkien, the golden orb has to be capable of great good but also great evil in the wrong hands (and the devil wants it bad!). The scrabbala kabbala came with it to offer heavenly advice that’s never wrong. Some of the trouble will be because they are separated…?

The imp gets the orb off the traitor but immediately loses it (to your neighbour’s dog)? The devil is furious and predicts that five hundred years later…something something something some very bad plot probably involving George Bush!. Maybe Archangel Michael and his band get together and make their own plans. These might be good chances for musical/dance numbers???

Leap ahead to modern times.

Somehow the orb ends up in Puy L’eveque…tarnished, unreckonized-a garden ornament?

Young medieval art historians/archaeologists Braxony find the last will of evil Nigel-saying how he was foiled by the imp who stole the orb, and how the astrologer who was supposed to bring the scrabbala set was killed and the letters are stolen by the barbarians.. they locate scrabbala set somehow and go off around the world.. (will have to film this when they get back in september…)

Meanwhile nefarioius CIA agents Chris and Carolyn find out and want to get orb for Bush-dance of the CIA agents? and track Braxony with a satellite.. trying to read the clues on the scrabble board..

The Russians find out (dance of the KGB?) and go after the cia spies

The devils and angels are about confounding/aiding them every step of the way.

The end- a big chase and fight!!! The orb and scrabbala are reunited and xxxxxxxx da da da da!!
